Its getting close to that time again... and we wanted to get a head start on it this year!
There's a familiar nip in the air and the daylight hours are getting shorter. Oh yes, it is true, and that means fall is here and winter is on the way. But winter brings it's own special magic . Indeed part of that magic is our Festival of Trees. It's the most beautiful fundraiser of the year! And we would love for you to be a part of it.
The TCAC will be partnering again this year with the Taylor County Family Resources in this most beautiful of fundraisers. The funds we raise from this are split between the 2 organizations - the Taylor County Art Council and the Taylor County Family Resources.
TCAC is dedicated to bringing art to Taylor County - through shows, exhibits, and classes. The TCFR is instrumental in helping families who are going through rough times and may need help obtaining basic needs such as food, cleaning items, clothing, baby items, pet supplies and more.
Would you, your business or your organization like to donate a tree for auctioning off? Or would you like to bid on the opportunity to win a uniquely decorated tree? Either way, you will be helping 2 great organizations who are based here in Grafton!
We will receive trees at Gallery 62 West on 62 West Main St, Grafton WV on the following dates and times -
November 7 from 9am to noon
November 8 from 3pm to 6pm
November 9 from 1pm to 5pm
November 10 from 3pm to 6pm
If you would like to schedule another time to bring a tree by, please call 304 265 5500 and one of our volunteers will get back to you to schedule a time.
We will be announcing our expanded holiday open hours for viewing trees and bidding very soon!
This is our 9th year for the Festival of Trees and we are so excited to see what you create!
