We are pleased to be able to honor her memory by naming our Summer Art Camp in her honor. Starting with Art Camp 2022, this event will be titled The Mary Curry Shuttlesworth Art Camp.

Art Camp was an extremely important time of the summer for Mary. She loved to assist with teaching and working with the children who attended. We are so grateful for Mary and are so thankful that she was a part of our life here at Gallery 62 West! We miss her beautiful smile, her creative ideas and her readiness to be involved in all things art.

Naming Art Camp in this manner will keep her in our hearts for years to come! 



This year's Art Camp will be the week of July 25th to the 29th. It will be held at the Shriner's building in Grafton. (except for a special bus trip on the 29th to the WVU art museum) . We will start each day at 1PM and classes will last until 3PM. The bus trip will start at 12 noon and last until 4PM

This is a collaborative event between the Taylor County Family Resources and the Taylor County Art Council. ( And these are 2 of the many organizations in Taylor County that were near and dear to her heart)
